As a sales-led organization, Strategus hadn’t prioritized inbound marketing efforts. But the executive team knew it was time to devote resources towards brand alignment, a website refresh, and a more strategic content strategy to keep pace with the company’s rapid growth (named on the Inc. 500 list for seven consecutive years).
I partnered with the Strategus team to do just that, first collaborating with leadership to define brand messaging and buyer personas. With this foundation, we designed a holistic strategy that combined SEO content, founder-led growth initiatives, and customer-focused touchpoints at every stage of the buyers’ funnel. The final piece of the puzzle was a complete website update aimed at improving the user experience and boosting conversion rates.
